Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

+All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday.

+Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Unless it is a made to order piece, which can take up to 3 weeks before shipping.

+Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week.

+All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS.

 

RETURNS

+For all returns and exchanges, please email metabirdnyc@gmail.com

+We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of arrival (we follow the date shown on the tracking number).

+Pieces made to size, for example our rings, can be returned but for store credit only.

+If you are in need of repair we can figure something out via email.

+All custom and sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

+You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges.

+We do not pay for returns to be shipped back.

+We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
